1. How does personalization work?
For t-shirts that allow personalization, simply enter the desired name or phrase in the designated field on the product page and complete the order. We'll take care of everything: we will process your request and carefully apply the personalization to the t-shirt.
2. What are the shipping times?
We offer two shipping options:
- Express Shipping: delivery in 1-2 business days (with a small surcharge).
- Standard Shipping: delivery in 3-5 business days.
You can choose your preferred option directly at checkout.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received does not conform to the order or is damaged: in these cases, we will cover the costs.
Please note: personalized t-shirts are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are custom-made according to the customer's request.
4. How do I choose the right size?
Our t-shirts follow standard regular fit t-shirt sizes. Just refer to the size you usually wear for a classic t-shirt and you'll be all set!
